Which variants are available in the house manager?

The ticket system is intended to serve the fast and uncomplicated transmission and processing of defects or faults.

Once a ticket is created, it can be processed by users (with license) and converted into a task.

Tickets that are not considered relevant (example: multiple reporting of a fact) can already be pre-filtered, so that no task has to be created and people assigned.

It can be chosen from two different ticker variants.

You can make the settings for both ticket systems in the options.
