These groups build on each other, so we recommend that you follow the order of the sections. In the first section, focus on the general configuration to make work easier in the future.

Then you enter your first data. This includes the creation of an object structure, the entry of addresses and the linking of these areas. This section also explains how to create your list of services and connect the technical systems to their location. The last section deals with all processes relating to day-to-day business. Learn how to create tasks, set up a suitable ticket system, and use the TechnikerApp with your smartphone.
If you want to use the ticket system, you can skip the creation of master data and facilities. If you want to implement detailed maintenance planning, we recommend that you implement the entire guide. If you want to implement both processes, start with the ticket system, as incoming tickets can already be edited operationally while you can use your directory. Build or maintain in parallel.
