Why does my "caretaker" and "objector" see no tasks? (Object sharing)
If your users cannot see object structure or tasks, then sufficient rights have not been granted in rights management for these users.
As soon as you select the role "Objector" or "Jawtaker", you must share objects of your object structure to these users. The same applies to external, free users.
If you are in theMenu item Usersyou can see all already created users in list form. Now select the user for whom you want to share object sharing. To do this, select the check box in front of the name (1) and then click on the object share icon (2). In a new dialog box, you will now see your object structure, which you can share individually up to the property level. Repeat this process for any user created as a caretaker, property manager and external.
