Dear Sirs,
You can import tasks into the house manager as measures. Basically, tasks/measures are imported under the menu item "Facilities". You can download the import template via the icon "Screw Locks & Hammer" icon and later import the import file.
However, the import always takes place on an existing "component/performance" which was created in an object. This can be seen in the import template by the fact that on the one hand, the component ID is also asked on which the task/measure is then created. Here are the columns of the Excel import template:
The component ID can be found in the facilities on the property where you want to import the tasks/measures:
On the other hand, for importing tasks/measures, you also need the action template from the master data as a number! Because in the import template you will find the component ID in column A and the task ID in column C. The task ID is the aforementioned action ID from the master data. These can be found on all master data measures, whether they are recurring appointments or one-off tasks (measures without rhythm). Here are 2 examples:
Example of an appointment series in master data
Example of a one-time task (measure without rhythm)
So you always have to fill the import template with component ID of the object and a task ID from the master data. This allows one-time tasks to be imported with rhythm. Column E finally represents either the last completed date or the next/one-time execution date. When importing, the program asks you which of the two options should be used.
Good luck.
