All measures to match the app (technician app) did not bring success, what can I do?
These measures must only be carried out if the TechnikerApp does not perform a comparison.
Measure 1
- Check in the house manager whether the respective components and tasks are approved for the user for viewing and whether the user has the appropriate permission.
- Go to Settings -> Apps on your device. Find the TechnicianApp here.
- There you delete all stored data of the technician app. (Data and cache).
Now open the TechnikerApp again and enter your URL as well as your username and password and start the login by entering.
Check that the respective tasks and components are present.
Measure 2
- Check in the house manager whether the respective components and tasks are approved for the user for viewing and whether the user has the appropriate permission.
- Go to the options of the Technician app. Check here whether the respective points (tasks, tickets, counter readings, components, photos) are output with a zero under queue.
Attention! Perform operation of the reset only if really all information in the queue is output to zero.
Now press the reset button. The Technician app asks if the local data should be deleted. You confirm this with yes.
The Technician app will log out and log in again. The comparison is performed completely and all data compared.
Measure 3
- Check if a virus program is installed and disable it.
Then check if the TechnikerApp works without the virus program. It may happen that an installed virus program blocks the reconciliation of data with the TechnikerApp.
