Interfaces (APIs) for easier data exchange with third-party systems

An interface, also called API (Application Programming Interface), is a system that allows different software applications to communicate with each other and exchange data. By using our interfaces, you can seamlessly integrate your existing systems into our software, resulting in significant time savings and improved data quality.

Below you will find an overview of the hausmanager interfaces, which are now available:

1.Ticket interfaceImport and reconciliation of your tickets. This interface allows you to seamlessly integrate ticket data and ensure your ticket management is always up to date.

2.Object and address interface: Import and comparison of objects and addresses. With this interface you can update your address databases and object information quickly and easily.

3.Facility interface: Import and comparison of technical equipment, inventory items and appointment series. This interface helps you to optimize your facility management processes and keep your inventories and deadlines up to date.

4.Material/articles- -Interface: Import and reconciliation of items / materials used to generate invoices and / or for the collection of consumables.

Our new interfaces are comprehensively documented so that a connection can take place smoothly.

5.Counter-interface: If you already use systems to automate meter readings of electricity, gas, or e.g. B. To read water meters, these values can now also be read into the house manager via interface and compared.
