Check in the house manager whether the respective components and tasks are approved for the user for viewing.

Check the Internet connection on your device.

Log out of the technician app via the menu item Logout.

Finish the Technician app application on the device by closing the entire application.

Restart the technician app and log in, the matching is now performed.
