Ticker External

In the "External" ticker, the reporters do not need access data to the house manager, but can enter data directly on a previously adapted ticket mask, for example by scanning a QR code.
The information queried in this mask is general and cannot be assigned to any specific location in your object structure. The exception is the object ticker, which allows messages for a specific object can be entered. The link to the object ticker can be found in the object data in the "More" tab.
