Performance ranges - What is it and why do we need it?
The aim is to assign persons (employees or third-party companies) to the various areas of activity (trades) in a property. These areas of activity are carried out in the house managerServicescalled.
In order for different persons / companies to be responsible for the same area of activity in different objects, you need a placeholder for the trade union.
Even if your company is not distributed across multiple locations, it makes sense to create service areas. In the event of personnel changes, you do not have to re-planning all upcoming tasks, but change the entered addresses and all future tasks will run for the newly responsible person. In addition, it offers the advantage that you develop an overview of which external and internal persons are active and responsible per object.

Maintenance of a technical system has so far been carried out by an external company. You have a power range (e.g. fire protection) and assigned the commissioned company to the service area. Recently, however, you hired a new employee who can provide this service internally. All planned tasks for the responsible trade union/service area, which are currently being carried out by the external company, must now be re-planned.
