Linking addresses with service areas in the respective objects
Linking the addresses to the service areas serves to automatically assign persons to tasks as well as for facilitating processing in the event of changes of responsibilities.
The aim of the link is to assign one or more responsible persons to the various trades of a property / object. In addition, the assignment of managers to tasks is facilitated, as they are automatically assigned based on the service area during task creation.
Example of explanation:
You have completely set up your ticket system (see section "Daily Business Ticket System") and receive a defect notification. The defect report shows that a window in a conference room is damaged.
You now convert the ticket into a task and assign it to the appropriate service area (e.g. window construction internally). In addition, select the affected room (e.g. conference room 1002) in your object structure.
Now you can create the task and the employee assigned to the service area for this object is informed about the new task and can edit it in the TechnikerApp.
Automated assignment of the employee is only possible because you have previously linked the employee address to the service areas and the object structure.
In the following short video this process is visually displayed again:

You have the option to copy registered addresses within a property.
First, fill in all service areas with address data that apply to all levels of the object (buildings, floors, rooms).
Then copy the entered addresses to the last (space) level.
Performance ranges that should not apply across the entire object can now be entered individually in the layers.
